Diabetes:-

Diabetes also called Diabetes mellitus. It is a metabolic disease. That cause of high blood sugar. The insulin moves sugar from energy. In this case our body generally either doesn’t make enough insulin Or can not effectively use the insulin it does make. Diabetes can damage our nerves, eyes, kidney etc. of body organs.

Different types of diabetes:-

  • Type-1 diabetes:-

The type of diabetes is an autoimmune disease. In this disease it has attack immune system and destroyed pancreas cell, where insulin is made.

  • Type-2 diabetes:-

The type-2 diabetes there body resistant to insulin and sugar builds up in your body

  • Prediabetes:-

When blood sugar is higher than normal, but it’s not high enough for a diagnosed of type 2 diabetes.

  • Gestational diabetes:-

It has high blood sugar pregnancy time. It’s meanly insulin-blocking hormones produced by the placenta cause this type of diabetes.

Symptoms of diabetes:-

The generally systems of diabetes given below:-

  • Weight loss
  • Increase hunger
  • Blurry vision
  • Extreme fatigue

Symptoms of Men:-

  • Decrease sex drive
  • Erectile dysfunction (ED)
  • Poor muscle strength  etc.

Symptoms of woman:-

  • Urinary track infection
  • Yeast infection
  • Dry and itchy skin

Causes of diabetes:-

  • Type-1 diabetes:-

Actually doctors don’t know exactly what cause type1 diabetes. Some reason, the immune system mistakenly attack and destroy insulin-producing betacells in the pancreas.

  • Type-2 diabetes:-

Type -2 diabetes stems from a combination of generics and lifestyle factors. Overweight or obese increase your risk too. Carrying extra weight, especially in your belly, makes your cells more resistance to the effects of insulin on your blood sugar.

  • Gestation diabetes:-

The gestation diabetes is the results of hormonal changes during pregnancy. The hormones that make a pregnant woman’s cells less sensitive to the effects of insulin. It cause high blood sugar during pregnancy.

Treatment:-

The treatment for diabetes is proper management, like maintaining blood sugar level as close within the normal limits as practicable, to maintain ideal body weight, sugar free low calorie diet, exercise to utilize extra calorie content of the body etc. For IDDM victims, subcutaneous injection of human insulin is the only way out. For NIDDM patients several antidiabetic drugs, like Glychlazides, Metphormine etc. are  prescribed.

Besides therapeutic treatments, a routine check up of blood sugar, urine sugar, blood pressure, weight etc. are to be done at regular intervals to devise the dose of the drugs to be administered.
